End of the year Update

December 27th, 2005

Hello all,

I just wanted to thank everyone who helped make 2005 the best year ever for me and the rest of the Jargon. To anyone who came to shows, bought shirts, hooked us up with shows, listened to our songs online, befriended us on Myspace, kinda signed us to their record label, or even mentioned our name, I just wanna let you know that I think you rock. 2006 should kick some serious ass, what with the release of our cd, dvd, and more shirts. The fun all begins January 13th at The Side Bar with the amazing all-star line up of Morningbell, The Most, and Adam’s Out. I really think its gonna be a great year, so come out and support us and the other Gainesville bands. Speaking of Gainesville bands, be sure to check us out on gainesvillebands.com. Check out upcoming shows at most Gainesville venues or post about us on our hilarious threads on the message board. Take care and see you next year!

-Andrew

Lot’s of random end-of-year musings.

December 15th, 2005

Well the year has almost used itself up, and I just wanted to extend all of our thanks to the people who made this such a successful semester of rock.

Oh, and those video updates I was talking about in the update right before this? I lied. All my time has been taken up by other projects — most exciting of all being the Inuit Jargon “Live and Uncensored” DVD — to be released to an unprepared public in early February. I’m really excited. You guys should be, too. I’ll give you all more info on that as it surfaces.

P.S. If you’re a super big Jargon fan and want to have some role in it send me an email at furious@ufl.edu . We could always use more fresh talent.

So in conclusion, you should be prepared for “The Revenge of Inuit Jargon” tour next year starting on January 13th at Side Bar. It’s going to be bigger, better, louder, and shinier than this year’s “The Axis of Rock Tour”.

-Shaun
